An important post from a Clinton delegate

August 1 brought a new month and a new absurd media moment: the Daily News' unsourced and incorrect report regarding Senator Clinton's views about having her name placed in nomination. One of the staunchest of Senator Clinton's delegates maintains a blog, and he has written an outstanding post about the entire episode from his perspective. Read it here.

Thank you for the update. I did see that news item and felt quite disappointed.

This sounds better. I do hope that Senator Clinton does not let this hoax machine roll over the convention and everything that the Democratic Party, or any party in the US, stands for--free elections by the people, and according to the will of the people.

Thank you so much for posting this link. I wrote the delegate a brief note of support. Even if all we can offer each other are psychic benefits, for now, that will have to do.

Thanks for this link, Heidi. I am glad I got to read this delegate's words and see the video.

The video is also up at noquarter and there are many comments with so many different interpretations of Hillary's words and demeanour. One thing I think is clear:

The Denver Group (along with many others like PUMA, I own my vote, just say no deal etc)is making an impact, things are looking much better at this point.

Keeping up the pressure is of utmost importance.
